Hair Restoration and Transplant

FUE & NeoGraft Hair Transplant

NeoGraft Hair Transplant: An Overview

What is NeoGraft?
The NeoGraft automated hair transplantation system is the first and only FDA-approved device for follicular unit harvesting and implantation. It automates the FUE (follicular unit extraction) technique, considered the most advanced in the hair transplant field. The FUE method involves extracting individual hair follicles in their natural groupings of 1 to 4 hairs from the scalp and transplanting them into areas where treatment is required. After extensive research, we chose to offer the FUE method with NeoGraft due to its impressive results and high patient satisfaction.

Key Benefits:

Minimally invasive, with minimal discomfort
High precision during extraction and implantation
• Shorter recovery time
• No stitches or staples
• No visible linear scar
• Natural-looking results
• Least invasive hair transplant procedure
• Fewer activity restrictions
• Freedom to wear hair long or short
Results:
NeoGraft can address various types of hair loss, including receding hairlines, male and female pattern baldness, and thinning hair.

Recovery:
Most patients recover within 48 hours, with a success rate of 92-98%.

Scarring:
While pinpoint scars may appear where follicles are removed, they are typically very small and hard to notice.

Additional Details:
The NeoGraft device is FDA-cleared and uses pneumatic pressure to gently extract grafts. This process is faster than other methods, allowing for quicker re-implantation and better graft viability.

PRP Hair Restoration

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for hair loss is a three-step medical treatment in which a
person’s blood is drawn, processed, and then injected into the scalp.
Some in the medical community think that PRP injections trigger natural hair growth and maintain it by increasing blood supply to the hair follicle and increasing the thickness of the hair shaft. Sometimes this approach is combined with other
hair loss procedures or medications

PRP THERAPY PROCESS

PRP therapy is a three-step process. Most PRP therapy requires up to five treatments 4–6 weeks apart.
Maintenance treatments assist with maintaining the desired results and are recommended every 4 - 6 months. ( Recommendations are individualized and will be assessed by WFD Provider).

STEP 1

Your blood is drawn — typically from your arm — and put into a centrifuge (a machine that spins rapidly to separate fluids of different densities).

STEP 2

After about 5 - 10 minutes in the centrifuge, your blood will have separated into in three layers:
• Platelet-poor plasma
• Platelet-rich plasma
• Red blood cells

STEP 3

The platelet-rich plasma is drawn up into a syringe and then injected into areas of the scalp that need increased hair growth and topically applied along with Microchanneling/Micronee- dling.
PRP has sufficient theoretical scientific basis to support its use
in hair restoration. Combined with other treatment modalities enhances and improves the overall outcome and satisfaction with results.
** Results vary among individuals however it is important to complete a medical history and be sure to let your WFD Provider know if you consume any form of tobacco including chewing and vaping. **
